 The Texas State Parks Pass

What is it?

The Texas State Parks Pass is an annual pass that offers many special benefits. As a passholder, you and your guests can enjoy unlimited visits to more than 90 state parks and state historic sites without paying the daily entrance fee. With the pass, you'll also receive exciting discounts on camping (restrictions apply), park store merchandise and recreational equipment rentals and are eligible for other special promotions.

Sign up for e-mail updates from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department about state parks that includes the State Parks Getaways e-newsletter which will have the latest information on events and great parks to visit.

The annual pass allows the card holder (and those guests riding in the same vehicle) to enter a Texas state park or historic site without paying entrance fees. The member must present pass and may be required to show proof of identification upon entering the park. The pass card is non-transferable and does not exempt the member from all other applicable park facility, activity, or parking fees. The pass is not valid to conduct commercial business. TPWD is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen passes.

The parks won't be the same without you.

Another important benefit is knowing that your membership fees will help Texas State Parks be well-maintained and conserved for the enjoyment of future generations.
