8:49 PM - The Tacoma Schools District plans to begin offering classes to teens locked up in the Pierce County Jail in as soon as two weeks. The district decided to begin providing the jailhouse instruction after it was contacted by Columbia Legal Services, a nonprofit law firm that advocates for the needs of low-income people in Washington.
