Signup or Change Your eNews Subscription

eNews Updates are free opt-in email newsletters available for viewing online or by subscription. Signing up is quick, easy and free. As a subscriber, you can:

• Receive one or all of TDI's eNews Updates.*
• Manage your eNews subscriptions.
• Make changes to your account.
• Unsubscribe from eNews.
• View Archived eNews Updates

Your e-mail address and a password are required to subscribe but not to browse the Web site. If you subscribe, an automated email will be sent to confirm your subscription. Response time varies. The automated email usually takes 5-10 minutes, but could be delayed for various reasons. You must respond by clicking on the link in the email. If you do not respond, you will not be added to the subscription list.

If you would like us to consider providing specific updates on certain Web site content, please send us the Web address (URL) and a title or description of the content.

To Subscribe, Unsubscribe or Change Email Address

• Go to: Subscribe or Update Subscription
• Select the "Open New Account" button to subscribe*.
• Use the "Existing Subscriber Login" form to unsubscribe or update an existing subscription.
• Once you've logged in to the "management" screen, you can change your password, subscription category or unsubscribe from the email update service.

(* Note: Your browser must accept a "cookie" in order to complete the subscription process.)

Each eNews Update we send includes one or more links to the "management" screen where you can change email addresses, passwords, subscription categories or unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, you also may send an email to webmaster@tdi.state.tx.us and ask to be removed from our database.

To Sign Up for Workers' Compensation E-mails

• News releases, rules, and events - public.information@tdi.state.tx.us
• Medical benefits, rules, fee guidelines, health care provider and insurance carrier issues and events - e-mail medicalbenefits@tdi.state.tx.us with "subscribe" in the subject line
• Safety and Health newsletter - sign up online.

To Request an eNews Password via Email

• Go to: Request New Password
• Please enter the email address you use for receiving eNews Updates. (Use all lowercase letters.)
• Select the "New Password Request" button.
• A new "temporary" password will be emailed to you. Response time varies. The automated email usually takes 5-10 minutes, but could be delayed for various reasons.
• After you log in with the temporary password, please take time to change your password to one you prefer.

Archive

If you wish to review older issues, you can find them in the eNews Update Archive. They are sorted by date.

Frequency

An eNews Update is not sent each time important content is updated. Typically, it is sent about once a week.

Links Don't Work

Depending on which email program you use, text email links may require that you copy the link out of the email and into your browser's "address" window. Sometimes email programs may create links that appear to be "hot" but are not.

Privacy

Your privacy and the security of their email address is important to TDI. The only information collected when you sign up is your email address. This information is maintained in a secure environment and is not reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable information. It will not be released to outside parties unless the release is legally required in connection with investigations by law enforcement or other legal proceedings, or in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act.
