Water Meter System Upgrades
The City of Buda is in the process of upgrading the water meter system to an automated reading system. During this process, Sooner Meters will be installing the units as well as changing out some of the meters within our Water System. City of Buda Water Customers may see small flags out by their meter boxes, and may experience air in the water line if your meter has to be changed. Turn on your water slowly to release the air that may be in the lines.
This effect is monentary. Once we have changed out the meter, starting Wednesday, May 27th the installers will place a bring yellow door hanger on the front door advising you that the work has been completed that day.
