Note – Sewer charges for residential customers are based on a winter average. The three lowest months of water usage for the months of November through February are averaged to determine the customers average water usage during the winter months. This average is used to calculate sewer charge for residential customers only. New customers who did not have service established during the winter months are billed for 7000 gallons of usage until they have established service during the winter months. Commercial customer’s sewer charge is based on actual monthly water usage.
