Stanley FeesThe Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for overseeing the development of the City through the administration of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Development Ordinance. Staff processes all zoning, specific use permit, site plan, variance, and platting requests. Staff then makes recommendations for those requests to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment or City Council. In addition, the Department provides zoning information to the general public, business owners, and developers.

Stanley Fees is the City Engineer for The City of Buda.

Public Notification

Public Notices are made at least 10 days through the local newspaper, Free Press. Change of zoning cases require a 200-foot property owner notification. The Agenda for the meetings are posted on the public bulletin board located in the foyer of City Hall, 121 Main St., Buda, TX.
