Sarah Mangham has been the Director of Finance for the City of Buda since 2004. Prior to Buda, Sarah served 11 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Budget Analyst and Program Administrator.
Sarah has a BBA with a Business Major and Accounting Minor from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville as well as a Government Finance Officer Certification thru the Government Finance Officer Association of Texas.
