Tattoo Removal Programs
In 1999, the Office of the Attorney General received a grant from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division to help start-up tattoo removal programs around the state. The programs provide free or low cost tattoo removal depending on eligibility criteria. The grant provided for the purchase of equipment and general start-up medical supplies. Each program is locally run, therefore check with each program to determine their specific eligibility criteria.
