MantlebrookMeadowbrook HomeOwners Association

Welcome to the Mantlebrook Homeowners Association Website!

The Mantlebrook Homeowners Association is a non-profit, voluntary organization whose goal is to promote neighborhood unity. We do that by providing opportunities for you to meet your neighbors at meetings social events through out the year. Our association was organized in 2001 with the primary goal of beautifying the structures at the entrance to our neighborhood on Hampton road.  Having accomplished that, we moved on to other beautification projects; building a structure at the Thunderbrook entrance and are now placing decorative boulders on the medians on Thunderbrook Drive.  We promote neighborhood safety, code enforcement and discuss issues important to our neighborhood.  We encourage participation in community events like the annual clean-up day each spring and National Night Out.

We do this by providing an organization where residents can become acquainted with each other in a friendly and informal manner. It is our belief that by promoting the interaction of its residents, the Homeowners Association will contribute to the overall health and well being of the neighborhood.

The current officers and members of the Mantlebrook HOA would like to extend a special invitation to all the new residents of Mantlebrook Farms, to attend the next meeting and learn about the association. The association is voluntary and has accomplished so much in its short time of existence. We would value your commitment and involvement in this organization, formed to help keep our community a crime-free, beautiful, friendly neighborhood. It cannot remain this way without the involvement of all residents.

Helpful Hints:
1. Report code violations to the City Code Enforcement Office.
2. Remember to turn on outside lights at dusk. Keep the alleys well-lit.
3. Keep mailboxes in good condition.
4. Do not allow any signs to be placed in the “mantles” area or in public places.
5. Try to keep autos parked off the streets.
