Record Inquiries


POLICY:
Departmental service records pertaining to the INSTALLATION of Traffic Signals and other Traffic Control Devices can be reviewed by citizens between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays at the Administration Offices, 915 Avenue J, Suite 212. If such records reviewed at the Administration Offices are not sufficient, additional records/logs can be accessed, with approval of the City Traffic Engineer, from the Traffic Operations Shop located at 321 N. Ash Avenue.

Other records will be provided for viewing upon request and after approval by the City Traffic Engineer. Copies of any pertinent pages of work orders, service requests, daily work sheets, or radio logs will be made at $2.00 per copy after approval by the City Traffic Engineer.
