Street Paving
The project will allow for the upgrade of unpaved streets in the CDBG-eligible areas of Lubbock. The streets will be identified with the assistance of the COL-Streets Departments
Codes Department-Property Maintenance Inspection
This project will fund 4 positions for Housing codes inspectors. These inspectors will provide additional enforcement for housing issues that effect neighborhoods in eligible CDBG areas.
Codes Department-Substandard Structure Removal
The funds for this project will be used to demolish substandard housing in the CDBG eligible neighborhoods. The codes department will identify the eligible houses.
