Fee Schedule
As per Ordinance No. 2005-00140 Sec. 6-79 (Adopted January 1, 2006) An advanced fee (non-refundable)
of 10% of the master permit fee, but not less than $30 nor more than $100 shall be paid at the time of submission
of original construction documents for review on commercial projects. See Adopted Codes and Local Amendments
for a copy of this ordinance.
New commercial construction permits will increase from .10 cents to .20 cents per square foot effective May 1, 2006.
