Welcome to the City of Lubbock's On-line Building Permits.

You must be a registered contractor in the City of Lubbock to apply for a permit or schedule an inspection over the internet.

To obtain a username and password and an on-line application manual, please contact the Building Inspection Department at (806) 775-2087 or (806) 775-2088.

Attention Sub-Contractors
If the project requires a General Contractor,
DO NOT apply for a generic permit.
