The Financial and Management Resources Department is committed to working as a financial and strategic partner with departments to facilitate daily operations and implement special initiatives with citywide impact.
 
MISSION

To work with departments to coordinate and accomplish organization-wide initiatives including; the strategic planning process; budget and performance reporting; financial record-keeping, operations and regulation; organization-wide knowledge management; city-wide citizen communication and research; executive and legislative support; and competitive internal service.
