Wells Fargo Amphitheatre

The venue overlooks the canyon lakes system and the natural beauty of the park. As the amphitheatres of old, verdant terraced seating is available; just bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets. A large concrete stage, downstage orchestra area, and numerous restrooms complete the setting. Parking is available up top next to the sculptures, Crossroads in Time by Steve Teeters. Completed in 2006, the venue is available for rental by calling (806)775-2242.

The Wells Fargo Amphitheatre, located at 413 E. Broadway, is nestled into the hillside between the South Plains Fairgrounds and Mackenzie Park. Currently, Wells Fargo Amphitheatre plays host each summer to Lubbock Moonlight Musicals. Under the direction of Gerald Dolter, Lubbock Moonlight Musicals presents family musicals each summer from June through August featuring outstanding local talent with guest artists. This summer drop in and enjoy Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story and Guys and Dolls.
