A Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP) is currently available through the City of Lubbock. TULIP is designed to offer the required insurance at a reduced cost to the lessee. Lessees may choose to purchase their required insurance through this program or through an outside vendor. Costs are dependent on event type and projected attendance numbers.
