Free Mulch available for residential use only.
Please bring your own shovel and containers for loading these materials. Users are responsible for loading their mulch.

Each year, the Solid Waste Department conducts a Christmas Tree Recycling Program. All residents are encouraged to take Christmas trees to any of the 3 drop-off sites throughout the city. This program is an excellent way to provide a method for residents to recycle their Christmas trees. The Christmas trees collected are ground into mulch and redistributed to local residents at the Recycling Drop-off Centers.
