Each year, the Solid Waste Department conducts a Christmas Tree Recycling Program. All residents are encouraged to take Christmas trees to any of the 3 drop-off sites throughout the city. This program is an excellent way to provide a method for residents to recycle their Christmas trees. The Christmas trees collected are ground into mulch and redistributed to local residents at the Recycling Drop-off Centers.
