• Multi- year process for evaluating relative importance of all capital needs of the City of Tomball.

• Purpose:

  • To conduct an orderly, progressive development of the City of Tomball.

  • Itemizes projects that require money not regularly allocated in operating budget.

  • Scheduling for completion of projects

  • Helps in deciding how projects will be financed.
