TOMAGWA’s Clinic-in-the-Park

Dr. Earl F. Martin donated 3.1 acres of land several years ago for a City park. In August of 2001 the Council approved a contract to lease the land to TOMAGWA, a nonprofit family practice clinic serving the Tomball, Magnolia and Waller areas. Part of the agreement is that a portion of the land would be developed as a park area. The park area planned will have walking paths with periodic benches surrounded by lots of shade trees. TOMAGWA is in the beginning fundraising stages of this capital project.
