MESSAGE FROM THE FIRE CHIEF

Fire Chief - Robin Paulsgrove

Robin Paulsgrove
Fire Chief

Welcome to the Arlington Fire Department, a dynamic fire and rescue organization serving a dynamic, growing Arlington, Texas. Whether it's neighborhood initiatives serving our 353,597 citizens from community-based fire stations or an emergency response to a guest at Six Flags Over Texas, the Texas Rangers' Ballpark in Arlington or the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, there is a palpable energy and enthusiasm in the Arlington Fire Department.

We're working together to define a competitive fire service with a focus very clearly on our community. We're modeling a new way of communicating with candid, non-defensive analysis, open dialogue, and respectful challenge. We know that there will continue to be changes that will impact our industry. Arlington firefighters want to be out in front, working to define our future.

In Arlington, we are neither too small to teach nor too large to learn. Let us hear from you. We're anxious to study, to share, and to improve the service we provide to our citizens and our visitors. Our enthusiasm is contagious. Catch it!
