You are welcome to call the Library's Telephone Reference staff at (512) 974-7400 to check on the availability of a title and the status of your account. Telephone Reference is available Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m, and Sunday 12 noon to 6 p.m.

To ensure availability of desired materials, we suggest that our customers telephone the Library location where the items are available and request a search for them before coming to the Library. Service will be faster if you can give the staff the title, author and call number. If found, the items can be held at that location or sent to another Library location at no charge. If you do not have the title or call number, please call Telephone Reference at (512) 974-7400 for assistance.
