This 9-week Basic Obedience course teaches dogs 6 months or older to walk on a loose lead, come when called, sit, lie down, and stay on command. The dog is given experience to improve social skills with other people and dogs. Instructors will teach you how to train your dog. However, to obtain results, you must train your dog and do your homework. It only takes a few minutes a day and you will begin to use these skills in everyday situations to mold your dog into a super companion and Canine Good Citizen. To graduate, the dog must pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.

This 7-week course for puppies 3-6 months of age teaches basic control, social skills and confidence building through puppy-sized agility obstacles. Because of a puppy’s short attention span and emotional maturity, informal obedience training methods are used. Owners also receive tips on housebreaking, hygiene, general care and prevention of behavioral problems. Puppies must be registered for class in advance.

Proof of current vaccinations is required for all classes. Pre-Registration is recommended due to limited class size.
