Groundwater Monitoring
The Watershed Protection & Development Review Department monitors groundwater for quality and quantity, and interprets groundwater data and projections by:
  • Assessing the impact of urbanization on groundwater quality and quantity;
  • Monitoring chemical parameters which best characterize urban effects on groundwater;
  • Determining the effects of on-site or local wastewater disposal systems.
