Billing Information
The monthly rate for water service includes a meter charge and a usage charge. The meter charge will always appear on your bill regardless of how much or how little water you use. It is a service charge that helps recover the cost of maintaining the water distribution and wastewater collection systems. The water usage charge is for the amount of water you use during the month. The wastewater usage charge is based on an average of the amount of water you used during the previous winter months or your current month's water use, whichever is less. The best way to save money on your water bill is to conserve water.
How To Pay
By mail
Enclose the top portion of your statement with your payment in the return envelope provided. Do not mail cash. Use a check or money order when paying by mail.
In person
If you like, you may pay your bill in person at LP&L's Customer Service Lobby at 1301 Broadway. The lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. When paying in person, please present both portions of your statement so that we can give you a receipt for your payment. Current bills can be paid at any LP&L's drive through window at 1301 Broadway.
By Internet
Customers can pay on the Internet at http://www.lpandl.com. Payments made prior to 5 p.m. will be posted the same business day; Monday – Friday.
By Telephone
Pay by phone at (806) 775-3409. Payments made prior to 5 p.m. will be posted the same business day; Monday – Friday.
By Bank Draft
