Past Due Bills
When a bill is not paid before the next billing date, the past due amount will appear on the next bill. If the past due bill becomes delinquent, a termination notice will be mailed.
Customers who receive a termination notice must pay their bill in our office at 1301 Broadway. The termination notice will indicate the last day the bill can be paid before service is discontinued. Call us at (806) 775-2509 with any inquiries.
Customers can pay on the Internet at http://www.lpandl.com or pay by phone at (806)775-3409. Payments made prior to 5 p.m. will be posted the same business day; Monday – Friday.
