What is Pro Rata? Pro rata is a one time assessment placed against each property in the City to defray the cost of water and sewer infrastructure.
How is Pro Rata figured? Pro Rata is figured against street abutment (for normal sized lots), for average street abutment (for deep lots), or square footage (for irregularly shaped lots).
