FCSM Center Help
Welcome to the FCSM Center. Use this site to request any services that you
need from the Facilities Construction and Space Management division of the
TFC, from Exclusions to Construction of new facilities.
Certain request types will require you to have an account to enter the
request. If you are prompted to log in and you do not have a user name and
password, contact your Agency's purchasing department to find out who your
agency Super User is for the TFC Web Applications Portal and ask them to
create an account for you.
On the FCSM Center Home Page you have several links to choose from:
- Submit a New Request for Service: Click here to make your
request. You will be routed to the FCSM Center Request Information page
and can enter your request. For help, see the "Submitting a Request"
guidelines below.
- View Your Requests: Click here to see a list of requests you
have submitted previously. You may sort your list by clicking on the
appropriate column heading and can view a request by clicking on the
request number or title. To email the person handling your request,
click on their name under the "Assigned To" heading. If you have more
that one page of requests, you can click the "Next" and "Previous"
buttons at the bottom of the list to move between pages.
- Go to request number: If you already know your request
number, you may enter it here to go directly to that request. When you
arrive at your request, you are prevented from changing any of the
existing information, but you may add notes in the 'Enter Additional
Notes' box. All additional notes become a permanent part of the request.
Notice that near the top of the page you have an e-mail link to the
person this request is assigned to.
- Click here to log off: Click if you wish to log off the
system
Submitting a Request
Use the following guidelines to fill out the form:
- Name: If blank, enter your name here.
- E-Mail: If blank, enter your full e-mail address here.
Please double check it for accuracy.
- Phone: If blank, enter your area code and phone number here.
- Agency: If blank, enter your three digit agency code here.
- Request Category: Select the Category that best describes
your request from the pull down menu. If you aren't sure what category
to use, just choose the one that sounds the closest and we'll make sure
it gets routed to the appropriate person.
- What is the subject of your request?: Enter a brief,
descriptive title for your request
- Location of Work: Enter the street address of the location
where the work will be completed followed by specifics such as room
number, cube location, North end, left side, third door, etc, that best
identifies the referenced area. If this is a new building request, give
the best description of the proposed location as possible. If there is
no location of work, as in the case of an exclusion request, simply
enter your mailing address.
- Brief Description of Request: Provide a detailed description
of your request here followed with any additional comments or
considerations such as cost factors, time frames, etc.
General Navigation
At the bottom of every page are some useful links. "Submit Request" and
"View All" are the same as "Submit a New Request for Service" and "View
Your Requests" found on the FCSM Center Home Page and have been discussed
above. "Home" returns you to the FCSM Center Home Page. "Help" takes you
to help. "TFC Home Page" takes you to the TFC Home Page and "TFC Web
Portal" takes you to the Web Application Portal home page.
