Report Water Violations

Information
The City of Lubbock has implemented a water conservation plan, part of which addresses irrigation systems. During specified conservation periods and under emergency conditions, property owners are limited in the amounts and times they may irrigate their landscape. Property owners are also held responsible for water that may leave their property and create a hazard to traffic or pedestrians, such as water that pools on our sidewalks or in our street intersections and may turn to ice.
