Tuberculosis (TB) Testing Information

TB Skin Testing
a. Tuberculin (TB) skin testing is performed at the City of Lubbock Health Department Immunization Clinic. Call 775-2914 for hours.
b. Charge for TB skin testing is $10 per test.
c. Once you receive your TB skin test you must return to the clinic in 48 hours to have your test read.

You cannot receive a TB skin test if:
1. You have ever received BCG vaccine.
2. You have had a previous positive TB skin test.
3. You have received measles, mumps, rubella, or varicella vaccine within the last 30 days.
