Welcome! Use this site to apply for a new Texas Racing Commission Business license.

There are a few simple steps to submit your license application online.

1. Enter requested information
2. Review entered information and review next steps
3. Pay the licensing fee(s) using one of the following:
   • MasterCard
   • Visa
   • Discover
   • American Express
   • Electronic Check
4. View and print receipt
5. Print out addendum form and mail to Texas Racing Commission (if required)

An online license could take several days to process. If a license is required within 3 business days, then contact the Texas Racing Commission agency.
