CASE MANAGEMENT MATERIALS

Attention DSHS Case Management Providers

The bulletin dated July 30, 2002 indicated outreach materials for case management would only be available starting in October 2002 through quarterly shipments. This plan has been revised and adhoc ordering of case management outreach materials will continue for now.

Please order a realistic number of materials that your organization uses in one quarter. Orders will be compared to service delivery numbers and may be modified if inappropriate numbers of materials are ordered. Your assistance in helping make materials distribution processes more efficient and cost-effective is appreciated.
