Registrations are not available online until 60-90 days prior to your current expiration date. If you cannot proceed with online registration, try again closer to your expiration date.

Licensed physicians can now register their medical license with the Texas Medical Board using the Texas Online registration service. A successful login accesses the secure application. (Most browsers will display a security notification pop-up box that the user must read and press OK before being passed to the next secure page.) Once the user has entered the secure site they will be able to see an "s" after "http" in the URL. Eligible licensees will receive a postcard that will alert them to the impending expiration of their Physician's Permit and that they can register online. The licensee can complete their registration application and pay their fee using a major credit card or by electronic check. During this process the licensee will have the opportunity to update or add information to their Physician's Profile as well. Upon successful completion of the registration, a printable receipt will be available. The updated Physician's Permit will be printed and mailed within 10 working days of the completed registration.

Assistant Registration Online
Licensed physician assistants can now register their PA license with the Texas Physician Assistant Board using the Texas Online registration service. A successful login accesses the secure application. (Most browsers will display a security notification pop-up box that the user must read and press OK before being passed to the next secure page.) Once the user has entered the secure site they will be able to see an "s" after "http" in the URL. The licensee can complete their registration application and pay their fee using a major credit card or by electronic check. Upon successful completion of the registration, a printable receipt will be available. The updated Physician Assistant's Permit will be printed and mailed within 3 working days of the completed registration.
- Acupuncturists Registration Online
Licensed acupuncturists can now register their license with the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners using the Texas Online registration service. A successful login accesses the secure application. (Most browsers will display a security notification pop-up box that the user must read and press OK before being passed to the next secure page.) Once the user has entered the secure site they will be able to see an "s" after "http" in the URL. The licensee can complete their registration application and pay their fee using a major credit card or by electronic check. Upon successful completion of the registration, a printable receipt will be available. The updated Acupuncture's Permit will be printed and mailed within 3 working days of the completed registration.
- Non-Certified Radiologic Technicians (NCT) Registration Online
NCTs who have a current NCT permit from the Texas Medical Board can now register their permits using the Texas Online registration service. A successful login accesses the secure application. (Most browsers will display a security notification pop-up box that the user must read and press OK before being passed to the next secure page.) Once the user has entered the secure site he or she will be able to see an "s" after "http" in the URL. The NCT can complete the registration application and pay the fee using a major credit card or by electronic check. Upon successful completion of the registration, a printable receipt will be available. The updated permit will be printed and mailed within 10 working days of the completed registration.
