APPLY ONLINE FOR A NEW LICENSE OR LICENSE RENEWAL

You may now apply for a new license or renew an existing license through the TexasOnline Web site.

Any minor amendments, such as a name or address change, cannot be submitted through TexasOnline. Please contact the Food and Drug Licensing Group for further instructions by calling 512-834-6626.
