The Misdemeanor Records Division records information on all class A and B misdemeanor offenses like DWIs, thefts, and assaults. ( Note : These records are not currently available online.) It also provides administrative support to the county courts (http://www.co.travis.tx.us/county_courts/default.asp) through the issuance of warrants, summons, subpoenas, commitments, etc.
