Online BPS was designed to allow you to view and/or request bid proposals.
If you are using the Online BPS for the first time, you will need to obtain a user id to access the system. If you have already obtained a user id, proceed to the proposal request page.
Obtaining a User ID
Obtain a User ID to access the system by completing Security Access Form 1980 (read instructions) and Security Access Form 1828.
Mail both completed and signed security forms to:
TxDOT CST / Prequalification
200 E. Riverside, Rm. 1B.1
Austin, TX 78704
Receive notification (normal processing takes approximately 10 days) via e-mail of your assigned User ID (also referred to as an ACID, pronounced A-Sid) along with complete instructions for signing onto TxDOT's Online BPS. These instructions will include steps for obtaining the initial password and procedures for changing that password.
Please note:
There may be times when the Online BPS is unavailable due to maintenance. Please be patient. Leaving the Online BPS idle for 30 minutes will "time-out" the system.
