Space Allocation and Management is responsible for planning, allocating and assigning space to all agencies using TFC-operated facilities, which accounts for approximately 17 million square feet - ten million leased and seven million owned.  The program also evaluates and approves all requests for modifications to state leased or owned facilities and performs limited architectural and estimating services for interior alterations.
