TxDOT currently uses two kinds of aircraft, the Beechcraft King Air 200 and a one-engine model used primarily for special purposes.
Beechcraft King Air 200
The Beechcraft King Air 200 is the star of the state fleet. There is plenty of room for those in-flight, last-minute meetings, with fold-down tables and club seating. Travel in quick comfort and arrive refreshed, ready for business.

Special Purpose Airplanes
Flight Services operates two single-engine aircraft, a Cessna 182 and a Cessna 206. These are special purpose aircraft normally used for aerial photography or surveillance. However, they can be used for short, daytime, fair weather trips for groups of three or less.
