Information Concerning Restrictions

  • The operator of a permitted vehicle, along with law enforcement authorities, is responsible for determining whether or not road conditions are hazardous, with law enforcement authorities making the final determination. Click here to check current road conditions, including construction areas and lane closures.
  • A permitted vehicle may travel in maintenance and construction zones provided the permitted load does not exceed the restrictions published by the department.
