The New Conservatory of Dallas offers a music program for pre-college string students studying violin, viola, cello, and double bass. We are a nonprofit organization supporting classical music and young artists. The New Conservatory of Dallas offers the following performing groups: Conservatory Chamber Orchestra, the most advanced pre-college string players, Conservatory Allegro Orchestra, a training orchestra for intermediate string students: Conservatory training orchestra for elementary string students. The curriculum of the New Conservatory of Dallas includes music theory, sectional coaching, orchestra rehearsals, orchestra performance experience, recitals participation, and master classes. Students meet approximately 30 Saturdays during the school year. Members of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and other accomplished musicians are involved in directing and coaching of rehearsals and performances. The New Conservatory of Dallas celebrated its 22nd Annual Symphony of Toys Concert in December of 2006 at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.

Night Owl Recording specializes in remote, mobile recording. Owner and engineer Allen Kyle has been recording in the central Texas area since 1999 and has credits on more than 100 live recordings. Artists recorded on location include Billy Joe Shaver, Mudhoney, Jack Ingram, James McMurtry, the Matches, Laika and the Cosmonauts, Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis, Malford Milligan, the Geezinslaws, Federico Aubele, and Dale Watson. Quality recording equipment includes ATI and True Systems microphone preamplifiers, Mackie 24 bit hard disk recorders (24 tracks, with another 24 tracks as complete, redundant backup), and a full locker of microphones for any occasion. Other Night Owl Recording services include freelance studio recording and mixing, and live sound reinforcement.
