TxDOT Watch

TxDOT Watch is part of the department's Internal Compliance Program (ICP) and provides two ways to anonymously report suspected unethical and illegal activities within the agency:

File an online incident report by visiting TxDOT Watch.

File a report by calling toll-free (877) 769-8936.

The Texas State Auditor's Office Hotline (SAO)

SAO investigates alleged misuse of state resources and illegal acts involving:

expenditures by state agencies, colleges or universities,

the use of state grant money,

federal stimulus or

funds for Hurricane Ike victims.
