The Rental Project Development Program provides funds to build, acquire and/or rehabilitate rental property. Buildings may be on the same site or scattered sites. HOME has funded the construction of duplexes, fourplexes, apartments and single-family homes.
In addition, developments may be mixed income, mixed use, single room occupancy, or transitional housing.
