The Motor Carrier Division registers inter- and intrastate motor carriers (including passenger bus operators and household goods movers) to operate on our nation's highways, and issues permits for the transport of oversize/overweight loads.
It is also responsible for motor carrier insurance filings and investigating complaints on motor carriers and household goods movers.
The division operates a customer service line, (800) 299-1700, to assist Motor Carriers and citizens.
