You are invited to attend the 2009 Government Law & Liability Conference sponsored by the Office of the Attorney General. This conference is designed for state agency board members, general counsels and executive directors. If you are a newly appointed state agency board member, this conference will provide you with the board member training possibly required by your agency.
The 2009 Administrative Law Handbook will be available on the OAG website in October. No hard copies of the handbook will be produced this year.
Continuing Education Information
This conference fulfills the Sunset-required training for certain state governmental board members. Contact your agency for further information on training requirements.
We have applied for continuing education credits from the following:
- State Board of Public Accountancy
- Texas Education Agency
- 13.25 hours of MCLE credit has been approved by the State Bar of Texas, including 1 hour of Ethics.
