Information

  • Prior to sending in an application for an individual license you must first pass all required tests. The tests are administered by Thomson Prometric. Submit your original score report with your application.

Click on the State Fire Marshal's Licensing Candidate Information Bulletin found on this page for exam registration and scheduling information and test center locations.
