Rules, Minimum Standards, and Policies
On December 12, 2006 the Texas Supreme Court approved the Guardianship Certification Rules and Fees. The Supreme Court adopted amendments to the rules on May 29, 2007, June 18, 2007, October 30, 2007, March 18, 2008, June 16, 2008 and January 5, 2009. Rules [pdf]
On October 21, 2006, the Board approved Minimum Standards for Guardianship Services. On January 19th, 2007, the Board amended the Preamble for the Minimum Standards. Minimum Standards [pdf]
