Coalitions

There are 19 community coalitions programs (CCP) across the state that promote and conduct community-based and environmental universal prevention strategies that impact the social, cultural, political and economic processes of the community. As a result, these groups engage in broad community actions to change public policy. These coalitions prevent and reduce the illegal and harmful use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs in communities across Texas.
