24-Hour Residential Child Care Facilities Rates
The Texas
Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) developed the
following payment rates for the 24-Hour Residential Child
Care (Foster Care) program operated by the Department of
Family and Protective Services (DFPS). HHSC authorized
DFPS to implement these recommended payment rates effective
September 1, 2009. |
