Prevention: Provider Resources

Prevention Resource Centers

A prevention resource center (PRC) is located in each of the eleven HHSC regions. These centers provide local communities, including schools, with ATOD prevention materials and information, minors and tobacco presentations, tobacco retailer education, and other activities. The PRCs also coordinate regional trainings with the DSHS Coordinated Training Services system, schools, school districts, regional education service centers (ESCs), and community-based prevention providers. http://www.tcada.state.tx.us/prc/index.shtml
