STAP Mailing Information

The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) contracts with Solix Inc. to reimburse Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) vendors.

Send vouchers for reimbursement and any vendor related information to the PUC at:

Any changes in bank routing information need to be sent to the address listed below. This will make the reimbursement process faster and more efficient.

Note: If you make any changes, such as address, phone or email, please advise the PUC STAP staff so the website information can be updated and relayed to all appropriate individuals.

Information is also provided to the Texas Department of Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, as they attach a list of vendors with vouchers sent out. In order to give customers a correct listing of your business it is strongly advised that any changes in information be immediately relayed to the STAP Coordinator at the PUC.
