Facilities Management Division
Overview
The Facility Services Division manages and provides maintenance service and utilities to the state-owned facilities and grounds included in the TFC inventory. The inventory includes state office buildings, garages and surface lots located within the Capitol Complex, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) facilities located in north Austin, and other state facilities located throughout Travis County and the State of Texas. The Division maintains 64 buildings and 18 parking garages totaling 10,868,307 square feet. The Division is comprised of the following programs.
